The festival grounds: the St. Pierre farm on route 133 in Jay

Boréal Tordu opened the festival. They are Farmington and Portland natives.

Miranda St. Pierre competes in the old-fashioned coffee-can race
in the Jeux de Fermes (Farm Olympics)

Sylvanne Pontin and Roger Hallée, Waterville natives, showed up to make sure everyone was behaving. Sylvanne is the leader of a group called les Bavards which meets to speak French every Saturday at Jorgensen's in Waterville.
