Tordu opened the festival. They are Farmington and Portland natives.

in the Jeux de Fermes (Farm Olympics)
Sylvanne Pontin and Roger Hallée, Waterville natives, showed
up to make sure everyone was behaving. Sylvanne is the leader of a group
called les Bavards which meets to speak French every Saturday at Jorgensen's
in Waterville. "Terre pis Ciel"
An arrangement made and donated to the festival by Martina Eastman at
Gnome Gardens. At the festival, it sat on the entrance table
